Had to make some security adjustments. The server was hacked, no personal information was compromised, all they did was install a script to do an Ebay scam.
Thankfully it wasn’t bad, but I wanted to take everything down to make sure security on this site was as tight as possible. Going forward, you may notice some minor changes, but most changes have taken place on the server side of things.
I had thought it was taken care of, but it just goes to show you that nobody is 100% safe all the time, so be careful what you do on the net ;).

I was wondering what happened – I saw my RSS thing pop-up saying that I need to log into a “Secure Area” so I figured it was something that happened and you were taking care of since you’re on top of things.
Gotta love the internet sometimes! Glad no information was taken and it was just a cute little script kiddie trying to make a buck off of a eBay scam 😛
Pretty much! The problem I had was securing things, but not alienating my visitors at the same time, and since this was a script, that involved taking down HTTP best way I knew how — Password protect it!
